1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using unifora.eu.cc, our applications, or browser extensions (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use Unifora

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@unifora.eu.cc if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Free plans are provided subject to usage limits described on our pricing page.
• Paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise) renew automatically on a monthly or yearly cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are shown in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content, to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, to circumvent usage limits, or to resell access without authorization.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the text you submit to Unifora ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service, such as generating rewriting suggestions. We do not claim ownership over Your Content or the output generated from it.

7. AI-generated suggestions

Unifora's suggestions are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your context. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before publishing or sending any resulting content.

8. Intellectual property

The Unifora name, logo, and software are owned by Unifora and its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks or underlying technology beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

9. Third-party integrations

Some features connect to third-party services (for example, Google Docs, Slack, or Notion). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's own terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unifora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
